All karaoke products come with 1-year warranty. If the product is found defective, we will replace with new one free of charge. We will pay for all shipping cost. If the warranty is expired, please contact our customer support. 

Return: you have 30 days to return any karaoke products. All original boxes and packagings must be kept. You only have to pay for return shipping charges. We can provide return shipping labels for you and we subtract the shipping amount from the refund.
